Changing air filters in South Tulsa and Bixby so you never have to think about it again!
Fresh air filters. Every sixty days. Zero effort.
Changing air filters on a regular schedule improves indoor air quality and protects your AC and heating system.
But it's a hassle.
Life gets busy, returns can be hard to reach, and "air filters" don't usually make it on your shopping list. Not to mention there's a good chance of dust and sneezing!
Let us take care of it for you.
Benefits for your health, wallet, and equipment.
Why should you change air filters on a regular schedule?
- It removes harmful allergens. A clean filter traps dust, pollen, pet dander, mold spores, and bacteria before they circulate through your living spaces.
- It helps ease respiratory issues. Reducing airborne irritants helps lower the risk of asthma flare-ups, seasonal allergies, and other breathing discomforts.
- It protects vulnerable family members. Cleaner air is especially helpful for children, older adults, and anyone with chronic respiratory conditions.
- It lowers your energy bills. A clean filter restores proper airflow, which cuts your air conditioner's energy consumption by 5% to 15%.
- It helps prevent mechanical breakdowns. Clogged filters force the motor and compressor to work too hard, which can lead to overheating or frozen evaporator coils.
- It helps reduce repair costs. Stopping component stress early saves you from expensive service calls.
- It extends equipment lifespan. Reducing daily strain and wear-and-tear helps your cooling and heating system reach its maximum operational life.

Frequently Asked Questions.
Do you cover the Greater Tulsa area?
Our service area is South Tulsa and Bixby, but we also go a short distance into Glenpool, Jenks, and Broken Arrow. Fill out the form below and we'll let you know if we can service your house.
Do I have to be a current cleaning client?
No. We offer this to non-clients as a standalone service.
Do I have to be home?
No. Many people prefer that we come while they're at work. You'll always know when we're in your home: we'll text you when we arrive and leave, and we'll include a photo. We've been cleaning homes since 2013 and have several options when it comes to accessing your house. We'll work with you to determine what's best for your situation.
What if I don't know my air filter size?
That's not a problem. After you pay for your first service, we'll stop by and get sizes at no additional charge.
Can I use my own air filters?
Yes. If you provide your own filters, our pricing starts at $50 for one return.
What if I have returns on the ceiling or in the attic?
We service floor returns, wall returns, and easily reached ceiling returns. If your setup is more complicated, we can stop by your house and take a look. If we can help, we'll give you a firm price. (There's no charge for this visit.)
What kind of air filters do you use?
We use high-quality, pleated MERV 8 air filters. If you have another preference due to pets or health issues, or if you have a system that needs something specific, let us know. If we can help, we'll give you a firm price.
Is this HVAC service?
No. We are a cleaning company, and this service covers changing air filters, dusting return grilles and surrounding areas, and vacuuming baseboards and floors around return areas. If we notice anything that looks like a system problem, we'll tell you so you can contact an HVAC professional.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. Just like with our cleaning service, there are no long-term contracts.
What if I want my air filters changed more frequently?
While it's adequate to change most 1-inch filters every sixty days, we have clients with pets and allergies that require changing them every thirty days. We're happy to accommodate your needs, and we'll give you a firm price based on your specific situation.

"You've cleaned our house for years, and we were excited when you started providing this service. It's great when something that affects your health is handled automatically. I also got it for my mother's house because I don't want her standing on a stepladder to change her air filter. We appreciate you!"
